Namaste, Yogis and Yoginis!
I’m back after a whirlwind trip to the States to see friends and family and to introduce our little one to as many of our loved ones as we could. There was unfortunately not enough time, money, or energy to see everyone, but we made a good dent.
One of the highlights of the trip for me was visiting the studio back in Tacoma and teaching a workshop there. I cannot tell you how gratifying it was for me to see my “first baby” doing so well and fulfilling its mission of making Yoga accessible and available to people of all incomes and abilities. It is such a beautiful, healing space and I am so proud to have been a part of its beginning.
At the workshop I was asked to post a list of some of the books on Yoga and spirituality that have most influenced my learning and teaching. So, as promised, here is that list. Enjoy!
